1、 Product Overview and Scope of Use
GGD type low-voltage switchgear is a low-voltage switchgear introduced and developed by Nantong Ninghai Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. according to market needs. The product technology meets the requirements of IEC439 "Low Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment", GB7251 "Low Voltage Switchgear" and other standards.
GGD low-voltage switchgear can be widely used in power plants, substations, petrochemical industries, residential areas, and other places. It is used as a power distribution system with an AC (50-60) Hz, a rated working voltage of 380 V, and a rated current of 3150 A. It is also used for power conversion, distribution, and control of power, lighting, and distribution equipment.
GGD type low-voltage switchgear can be divided into power receiving cabinet, bus tie cabinet, feeder cabinet, motor control cabinet, reactive power compensation cabinet, lighting distribution cabinet, etc. according to the purpose. The structure has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible design, convenient combination, strong seriality and practicality, novel structure, and high protection level.
2、 Environmental conditions for use
1. The ambient air temperature is not higher than+40 ° C, not lower than - 5 ° C, and its average temperature within 24 hours is not higher than+35 ° C;
2. In atmospheric conditions, the air is clean and the relative humidity does not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of+40 ° C. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at+20 ° C. However, due to temperature changes, occasional moderate condensation may occur;
3. For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m;
4. This product is suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperatures: between - 25 ° C and+55 ° C, up to+70 ° C in a short period of time (not exceeding 24 hours). Under these extreme temperatures, the product should not suffer any irreparable damage and should be able to work normally under normal conditions;
5. The inclination of the equipment to the vertical surface during installation shall not exceed 5%;
6. The equipment shall be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, as well as a place where electrical components are not sufficiently corroded;
7. If the above conditions for use cannot be met, they should be resolved through consultation between the user and the manufacturer.
