1、 Product Overview and Scope of Use

ZGS - Z (H) - 12 (24) KV prefabricated American box transformer is a new complete set of power distribution equipment developed by our company with reference to American box transformers. It is an optimized combination of oil immersed sealed power transformers and high and low voltage electrical components. Through structural optimization, the switchgear is minimized as much as possible, greatly reducing the floor area of the combined transformer. Its volume is only equivalent to 1/3-1/5 of the European box transformer of the same capacity, with small volume, low noise, and reliable power supply Reasonable structure, flexible installation, convenient operation, and maximum penetration into the load center. Widely used in residential areas, commercial centers, stations, industrial and mining enterprises, airports, railways, schools, hospitals, high-rise buildings, and other places.

2、 Product Features

1. Fully sealed. Compact structure, fully insulated, beautiful appearance, and only about 1/3 of the volume of box type substation (European type box type substation). Without a power distribution room, it can be directly placed indoors or outdoors, as well as on both sides of the street and within the green belt, reliably ensuring personal safety. It is not only a power supply facility, but also a decoration for the environment.

The use of dual fuse full range protection greatly reduces operating costs.

3. It can be used for terminal power supply and loop network power supply, and the conversion is very convenient, ensuring the reliability and flexibility of power supply.

The 4.10kV bushing cable head can be inserted and pulled out multiple times under a 200A load current, and used as a load switch in emergency situations. It has the characteristics of an isolating switch.

5. Domestic 11, 12, and 13 type distribution transformers are used, with low loss, low noise, and long service life.

3、 Usage environment

Ambient temperature: maximum temperature+40 degrees, minimum temperature - 30 degrees dwarf type

Altitude: not exceeding 2000m

Temperature: Daily average value is not greater than 95% [%], monthly average value is not greater than 90% [%]

Installation environment: The surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by corrosive and combustible gases, water vapor, etc., and the installation site should not have severe vibration

The installation environment should be free of obvious pollution, explosive and corrosive gases and dust, and the installation site should be free of severe vibration and impact. The ground acceleration caused by earthquakes, ag, is 3 m/s2 lower in the horizontal direction and 1.5 m/s2 lower in the vertical direction (seismic issues within this limit need not be specifically considered in design)
