1、 Product Overview and Scope of Use

WXF outdoor cable branch box is suitable for power distribution in power supply systems with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage up to 380V, and current not greater than 630A. Widely used in residential areas, industrial and mining enterprises, various low-voltage cable branches. It has the characteristics of flexibility, practicality, safety, and reliability. The tank cover is of a pointed top type, which is conducive to water drainage; There are ventilation holes at the bottom of the box cover to ensure that the components in the box do not condense; The box door has double folding edges to prevent water spray, and is equipped with a novel outdoor door lock that cannot be opened by ordinary personnel.

3、 Structural characteristics

Designed for lifelong use, it can resist various corrosion and aging, ensuring user operating conditions.

The box has sufficient ventilation and thermal insulation facilities, and the box has reliable sealing. The ventilation holes of doors and windows are equipped with dust prevention, small animal prevention, seepage prevention, and rain leakage facilities.

The housing has sufficient mechanical strength to ensure no damage and deformation during transportation and lifting.

On the premise of ensuring the safe distance between internal electrical equipment, the volume should be as small as possible, with a compact structure and reduced floor area.

The branch box is internally equipped with a grounding connection terminal and a dedicated grounding conductor. The grounding terminal is a bolt with a diameter of not less than 12mm.

All metal supports in the branch box are connected to special conductors, which are copper strips with a cross-section of not less than 25mm2.

Ensure a ground connection for door partitions or other components.

There are adjustable cable fixing clips and grounding bars at the bottom of the cable compartment, with well sealing plates.

Imported silicone rubber cable connectors provide fully shielded, fully insulated, fully enclosed and touchable security.
