1、 Product Overview and Scope of Use

GCK low-voltage switchgear is a new generation of low-voltage switchgear introduced and developed by Nantong Ninghai Mechanical and Electrical Appliances according to market needs. The product technical standards meet the requirements of IEC439 "Low Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment", GB7251 "Low Voltage Switchgear", and other standards.

GCK low-voltage drawer type switchgear is suitable for power plants, substations, petrochemical, metallurgical and steel rolling plants, mining enterprises, residential areas, high-rise buildings, and other places. It is used for power conversion and consumption equipment control in power distribution systems with AC (50-60) Hz, rated working voltage AC 660V, and below.

2、 Environmental conditions for use

1. The ambient air temperature is not higher than+40 ° C, not lower than - 5 ° C, and its average temperature within 24 hours is not higher than+35 ° C;

In atmospheric conditions, the air is clean and the relative humidity does not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of+40 * C. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at+20 ° C. However, due to temperature changes, moderate condensation may occasionally occur;

3. The altitude shall not exceed 2000m;

4. This product is suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperatures: between - 25 ° C and+55 ° C, up to+70C in a short period of time (not exceeding 24h). Under these extreme temperatures, the product should not suffer any irreparable damage and should be able to work normally under normal conditions;

5. If the above conditions for use cannot be met, they should be resolved through consultation between the user and the manufacturer.

3、 Structural characteristics

The basic frame of the product is a combined assembly structure, with all structural members of the frame being galvanized or using C-shaped aluminum zinc coated steel plates. The dimensions of the internal components and compartments of the product are modular (modulus unit E=25mm);

The functional rooms of the switchgear are isolated from each other, and the isolation rooms are divided into functional unit rooms, busbar rooms, and cable rooms. The functions of each compartment are relatively independent;

The horizontal bus is arranged horizontally behind the cabinet (in front or behind the cabinet top) to enhance the ability of the bus to resist electrical forces, which is a basic measure to enable the main circuit to have a high short-circuit strength capability;

The design of the cable compartment makes it very convenient for cables to enter and exit both up and down;

The modulus of drawer height is 200 mm, and drawer changes only in height dimensions, while its width and depth dimensions remain unchanged; Drawers with the same functional unit have good interchangeability;

6. The drawer panel shall have obvious marks for opening and closing tests and withdrawal positions; The drawer unit has a mechanical interlock device;
