1、 Product Overview and Scope of Use
GCS type low-voltage switchgear is a new generation low-voltage switchgear introduced and developed by Nantong Ninghai Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. according to market needs. The technical standard of the product conforms to IEC439 "Low Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment" GB7251 "Low Voltage Switchgear Assemblies" and other standard requirements.
GCS low-voltage drawer type switchgear is suitable for power plants, substations, petrochemical, metallurgical and steel rolling plants, mining enterprises, residential areas, high-rise buildings, and other places. It is used for power conversion and consumption equipment control in power distribution systems with AC (50-60) Hz, rated working voltage AC 600V, and below.
2、 Normal use conditions
The ambient air temperature is not higher than+40 ^ C, not lower than - 5C, and its average temperature within 24 hours is not higher than+35C;
In large conditions, the air is clean, and the relative humidity does not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of+40C. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at+20 ° C. However, considering temperature changes. Occasionally, moderate condensation may occur;
3. The altitude shall not exceed 2000m;
4. This product is suitable for the transportation and storage processes at the following temperatures: between - 25 ° C and+55 "C, it can reach+70C in a short time (not exceeding 24h). Under these extreme temperatures, the product should not suffer any irreparable damage and should be able to work normally under normal conditions;
5. If the above usage conditions cannot be met. It should be resolved through negotiation between the user and the manufacturer.
3、 Structural characteristics
The main frame is made of 8MF type open profile steel or C profile, with modules of 20mm and 100mm respectively φ 9.2 mm mounting hole. Flexible and convenient internal installation;
The main frame is designed in two types of assembly, a fully assembled structure and a partial (side beam) welded structure, for users to choose from;
The functional rooms of the device are isolated from each other, and their compartments are divided into functional unit rooms, busbar rooms, and cable rooms. The functions of each compartment are independent of each other;
The horizontal busbar is arranged horizontally behind the cabinet (or horizontally in front of and behind the cabinet top) to enhance the ability of the busbar to resist electrical forces, which is a basic measure to enable the main circuit of the device to have short circuit strength capability;
The design of the cable compartment makes it very convenient for cables to enter and exit both up and down;
