1、 Product Overview

The high/low voltage windings of the SCB series epoxy resin cast dry-type power transformers are insulated and encapsulated with epoxy resin, using insulating materials such as epoxy resin and glass Kevlar. They have self extinguishing characteristics, good thermal conductivity, and flame retardancy. The low-voltage winding is double-layer cylindrical or copper foil wound, and the high-voltage winding adopts a segmented cylindrical structure. The larger capacity winding is provided with a cooling air passage in the middle of the winding to reduce the winding temperature and expand the heat dissipation area. The winding is degassed and poured, poured, and dried under vacuum to form a solid cylindrical shape after solidification, ensuring overall insulation performance. Uniform distribution of ampere turns, strong short-circuit resistance, and high lightning shock resistance. It will not generate electric arcs due to short circuits, and is crack resistant and high temperature resistant. Under high temperatures, the resin will not generate toxic and harmful gases. It is flame retardant, explosion-proof, and does not pollute the environment. It can enhance the mechanical/electrical strength of the product and extend its service life. The new products are widely used in urban and rural power grid construction and renovation projects, high-rise buildings, business centers, hotels, residential areas, tourist attractions, theaters, ports, airports, subways, box type substation systems, and other power transmission and distribution systems. It is particularly suitable for harsh or special environments such as high fire and explosion protection requirements, large load fluctuations, and dirt and humidity. It can operate safely and reliably for a long time under 100% humidity and normal operating voltage, thereby reducing the loss and trouble caused by power outage maintenance. The new product makes up for the defects of oil-immersed distribution transformers.

Compared with the GB/T10228-2008 standard, the no-load loss is reduced by an average of 20%, the no-load current is reduced by an average of 70%, the load loss is reduced by an average of 10%, and the sound level measurement is reduced by an average of 10 db. This is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and conforms to national industrial and technical policies.

The new product is flame retardant, explosion-proof, corrosion free, and can be installed in the load center. Good moisture resistance, safe and reliable operation at 100% humidity, and strong overload capacity. When forced air cooling, the rated capacity can be increased by 20-40%.
